Privacy Policy
Oz (Korean business name: 오즈; representative: Bogyeong Kim; service name: SoccerBoard/SAPO; hereinafter the “Operator”) processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and app marketplace policies.
1. Purposes of Processing
- Identifying guest and registered users, maintaining sign-in sessions, providing social login, and managing accounts
- Creating, editing, and synchronizing CoachBoards; arranging players; managing formations and match details; and sharing boards by code or link
- Verifying shared editing access, maintaining service security, diagnosing errors and crashes, and handling inquiries
- Analyzing and improving the CoachBoard web viewer when the user has consented
2. Information We Process
When the app is used
- Identifiers and access information: Firebase anonymous or registered user ID an app-generated device ID on iOS or Android ID on Android, app and operating-system information, user agent, access and update times, and IP address processed by external services while handling requests
- Push notification information: when the user allows notifications, the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token, platform, token update time, and notification preference. The token is cleared on sign-out, notification refusal, or account deletion.
- CoachBoard information: board title and description, match date and location, formation, share code, player arrangement information, editing permissions, and creation, update and access times
- Diagnostic information: error and crash details, stack information, device model, operating system, app version, and similar technical information. Default personal-information transmission to Sentry is disabled.
When the user selects an optional feature
- Sign in with Apple: account identifier, email address, and name to the extent provided by Apple
- Google Sign-In: Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile photo
- Kakao Login and connection: Kakao account identifier, nickname, profile photo, and email address when separately authorized
- Profile photo: an image selected by the user or provided by a login provider
- Kakao Share: the CoachBoard title, description, link, and rendered image the user chooses to share
- Web analytics: after consent, page views, board-load success or error, use of major buttons, language, theme, browser and device technical information, and the share code used to identify the board. Analytics events do not contain board titles or lineup content.
- App usage statistics: app launches and sessions, app version, device model, OS version, and country collected through Firebase Analytics. It is not linked to identity, and no advertising identifiers are collected.
Language and theme settings, recently visited boards, and device backup files remain on the device unless the user chooses to share or export them. We do not sell personal information, provide personalized advertising, or track users for advertising. The mobile apps collect identity-unlinked app usage statistics through Firebase Analytics.
3. Retention Periods
- Account, profile, and device identifiers: until account deletion. Firebase Authentication backup data may be removed within up to 180 days after deletion under Google’s deletion process.
- Push registration token and notification preference: until sign-out, notification refusal, or account deletion
- CoachBoard and player-arrangement information: until the board owner deletes it or the service ends. When account deletion succeeds, the account’s owned CoachBoards and their players and shared editing access are deleted as well.
- Shared editing access: until access is revoked or the relevant CoachBoard is deleted
- Error and crash diagnostics: until the diagnostic purpose is fulfilled or for the retention period configured for the Sentry project
- Web analytics: for the retention period configured for the Google Analytics property. Withdrawing consent stops future collection.
- On-device settings, recent visits, and backups: until the user deletes the app data or files
After account deletion, an anonymized deletion marker and deletion time may remain in the deleted user document for service integrity after email, device, profile, and push-token fields are removed. Provider backups and security logs may be deleted later according to each provider’s deletion cycle.
If applicable law requires retention, only the required information will be stored separately and deleted after the required period.
4. Public Sharing and External Services
Anyone who receives a CoachBoard link or share code can view the board title, match details, and player arrangement without signing in. Users should not enter information they do not want to make public and should manage the intended audience and editing permissions themselves.
The Operator does not sell personal information. We use the following providers to operate the service or connect optional login and sharing features.

5. Cross-Border Transfers
Information may be transmitted and stored over encrypted networks outside the user’s country as necessary to perform the service contract.

Users may choose not to use social login, Kakao Share, or web analytics. Refusing Firebase processing prevents use of core features such as sign-in and CoachBoard storage, synchronization, and sharing.
6. User Rights and Account/Data Deletion
- Users may update their information and request account deletion from the Profile screen in the app.
- Users may also send an account deletion request by email. We may request only the minimum information necessary to verify identity.
- Google Play users may use the external account deletion request page without installing the app.
- If account deletion does not complete, users can delete boards in the app or identify the boards in an email request.
- Users may withdraw analytics consent through “Analytics settings” in the CoachBoard web viewer.
We will report the result of a request and identify any information and retention period required by law.
7. Deletion Procedures
Electronic information is deleted using methods designed to make recovery impracticable when its retention period expires or its purpose is fulfilled. Provider backups and security logs are overwritten or deleted according to each provider’s deletion cycle. Users can remove on-device information by deleting app data, the app, or exported files.
8. Users Under 14
SoccerBoard is intended for users aged 14 or older and does not allow direct registration or use by children under 14.
9. Security Measures
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, service-level access controls, secure credential storage, restricted operational access, and disabling default personal-information transmission in error logs.
10. Automatic Collection and Analytics
The app processes user, installation, and device identifiers and access technical information for authentication, security, and synchronization. The CoachBoard web viewer starts Firebase Analytics only when the user allows it, while advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied.
