SAPO Account and Data Deletion

This page is for SAPO (also shown as SoccerBoard) users who want to request account and associated service-data deletion without reinstalling the app.

How to request deletion

  1. Send a request using the button below.
  2. Include the email address or login provider associated with your SAPO account.
  3. Do not include your password or other sensitive credentials.
Request account deletion by email

We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify ownership. After verification, we delete the Firebase account, owned CoachBoards, shared editing access, profile/device identifiers, and push-notification token. Provider backups and security logs may be removed later according to each provider’s retention cycle.

In-app deletion

If SAPO is installed, signed-in users can request deletion from the Profile screen. Account deletion may require recent authentication.
