Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the SoccerBoard/SAPO app and related services provided by Oz (Korean business name: 오즈; representative: Bogyeong Kim; service name: SoccerBoard/SAPO; hereinafter the “Operator”).
1. Purpose and Acceptance
- These Terms define the rights and obligations of the Operator and users in connection with the service.
- Users may use the service after accepting these Terms in the app.
2. Accounts
- The service is available only to users aged 14 or older.
- Some features may be used without an account. Account features may use Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or Kakao Login.
- Users must keep their account and device access information secure and must not use another person’s account.
- Information provided or connected by users must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Service
SoccerBoard provides features for creating and editing CoachBoards, arranging players, managing formations and match details, and sharing boards by code or link. Specific features may change depending on the app version and operational circumstances.
Anyone who receives a CoachBoard link or share code can view the board without signing in. If editing access is open, a person who obtains that access can edit the board. Users are responsible for managing recipients and editing-access status.
4. User Content
- Rights in content, images, and match information entered or uploaded by a user generally remain with that user or the lawful rights holder.
- Users permit the Operator to store, process, and display such content only to the extent necessary to provide and share the service.
- Users must not submit content that infringes another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in unlawful activity, impersonation, defamation, harassment, spam, system intrusion, service disruption, unauthorized collection of information, or infringement of another person’s rights.
6. Changes and Suspension
The Operator may change or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, incident response, or service improvement. Material changes will be announced through the app or a public page where reasonably possible.
7. Termination and Account Deletion
- Users may request account deletion from the Settings or Profile screen in the app.
- When account deletion succeeds, the user’s owned CoachBoards, player information, and shared editing access are deleted as well. If deletion does not complete, users may submit a separate request to the Operator.
- Personal information following account deletion is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Rights in the app’s software, design, logos, text, and other elements created or lawfully used by the Operator belong to the Operator or their respective rights holders.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator may limit liability for damage caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service failures, or circumstances attributable to the user. This limitation does not apply to the Operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through consultation; unresolved disputes will follow the procedures and jurisdiction prescribed by applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may revise these Terms in response to changes in the service or applicable law. Material changes will be announced through the app or a public page before they take effect.
